Overview

Pintarmind is a Malaysia-based AI + RPA startup focused on delivering intelligent automation solutions to government and enterprise clients. We are currently looking for a freelance RPA developer to support our team in building short demo workflows that simulate practical business automation use cases.

This is a short-term freelance role for someone with intermediate RPA skills, ideally with experience in business process automation related to finance, HR, or email processing.

Project Scope

• Build 2–4 demo automation workflows

• Common tasks may include:

• Reading emails and extracting key info (e.g., orders, bookings) into Excel or Google Sheets

• Sending conditional email replies based on extracted data

• Simple financial reconciliation based on transaction records

• Automated submission workflows for EPF (KWSP) and SOCSO (PERKESO)

You will collaborate directly with our internal Business Analyst and Tech Lead, who will provide guidance on process logic and expected outcomes.

Required Skills

• Experience with RPA platforms

• Competence in email automation, Excel/Google Sheets integration, and form-based workflows

• Ability to design workflows using If/Else logic and perform basic error handling

• Familiarity with structured data formats like tables, JSON, or dictionaries

Nice to Have

• Experience with local Malaysian business processes (e.g., EPF/SOCSO submission)

• API or chatbot integration experience (e.g., WhatsApp, Gmail)

• Knowledge of OCR tools or document parsing

• Ability to document workflows or create simple screen recordings

• Fully functional automation files (.rpa, .xaml, or equivalent)

• Folder with test inputs/outputs for each workflow

• Short documentation or screen recording to demonstrate flow

Duration & Budget

• Budget: MYR 30-40 per hour depending on experience and quality of delivery
