A leading investment bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Vice President for Equity Capital Markets. The successful candidate will prepare and execute materials for origination efforts and live transactions while conducting due diligence and developing financial models. The Company is seeking an SVP for Equity Capital Markets to join their esteemed investment banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing a range of materials for origination efforts, as well as live transactions in the equity capital markets and M&A space. This role involves presenting research findings and analysis, conducting thorough due diligence, and developing detailed financial models to support deal structuring.
The SVP will also be involved in administrative tasks such as coordinating roadshows and managing logistics for client meetings. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or above in a business or finance-related discipline, with a preference for those who have prior experience in investment banking, particularly in the Southeast Asian market. The role requires a strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to devise creative solutions to complex problems.
