Mandatory requirements

• Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese; ability to read & write is highly favoured.
• Domain/functional experience in at least one of the following:
  • Wealth Management, Private Banking & Investment Banking.
  • Transaction Banking & Payments.
  • Digital Banking (Internet & Mobile Banking)
  • AI-enabled solutions, process automation & streamlining
  • Customer onboarding journeys & customer accounts
  • Life insurance–related transformation initiative.
  • Other banking and banking-tech related domains

Your Role

• Represent the project team in discussions related to project prioritization, gaining buy‑in for risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Obtain sponsor and stakeholder approval for plans, key commitments, and any necessary changes to the baseline.
• Clearly articulate target benefits to stakeholders and take shared accountability for benefits realization.
• Manage the business sponsor relationship to ensure delivery of all project commitments and milestones.
• Plan and oversee implementation activities to ensure business benefits are realized and transitions from current to target state occur smoothly.
• Work closely with delivery partners on planning, design, and estimating, integrating delivery and business teams effectively.
• Actively manage dependencies between workstreams, projects, and programmes to ensure coordinated delivery.

Your Skills and Experience

• Extensive project management experience, including leadership of large and complex global projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting business case objectives.
• Deep experience in banking environments and delivering change/transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including impactful communication, influencing, and governance leadership.
• Expertise in implementation, change management, and benefits realization.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Skilled in managing project sponsors and senior leadership engagement to achieve project goals.
• Experience coordinating complex delivery activities with various internal and external delivery partners.
