The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal and regulatory matters in these areas, contributing to the development of lending and investment regulations across Southeast Asia, and driving the strategy for scalable and responsible lending partnerships.

This role is pivotal in influencing the business direction and risk frameworks, and the General Counsel will work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure robust risk management and compliance with financial services regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal and regulatory matters related to private credit, fund management, loan syndication, and cross-border financing activities.
• Contribute to the development of lending and investment regulations across Southeast Asia.
• Drive the strategy for scalable and responsible lending partnerships.
• Influence business direction and risk frameworks within the organization.
• Work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure robust risk management and compliance with financial services regulations.

Qualifications
