Job summary
A leading brokerage firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a seasoned QA Automation Lead to drive the design and implementation of QA automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and be proficient in automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering in a hybrid work setting, fostering innovation in testing methodologies and guiding junior testers. This is an excellent opportunity to influence QA processes in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experienced in a lead QA automation role.
- Hands-on with automation tools.
- Experience testing APIs and micro-services.
Responsibilities
- Implement QA automation practices, tools, and processes.
- Analyse business objectives and prepare action plans.
- Coaching junior QA on test design and automation.
