The APAC Recruiting Marketing Manager (RMM) serves as the critical interlock between Bain’s APAC Regional Recruiting leadership team (APAC Recruiting LT), local APAC recruiters and leadership (local recruiting customers), and the TA Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE). Reporting directly to the CoE with a dotted line to APAC Recruiting LT, the RMM will serve as the recruiting marketing expert for APAC. The RMM will partner closely with APAC Recruiting LT to align on the most critical regional and local talent priorities. Then, in collaboration with CoE capability experts, the RMM will develop and drive the optimal recruiting marketing strategy to build and maintain brand awareness and differentiation in the region and in local markets, and to help local recruiting customers achieve specific top-of-funnel, engagement, and hiring goals.
