SaaS Engineering Manager, .NET/C# — Hybrid Malaysia
Job summary
An innovative software company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of SaaS solutions focused on sustainability. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a team of 6-8 engineers while defining project architectures to ensure performance and scalability. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years in a leadership capacity and experience working in Agile environments. This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in motivating, hiring, and guiding engineers.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of 6-8 engineers.
- Define architecture for new projects ensuring quality and scalability.
- Identify technical risk and suggest mitigation options.
- Work in Agile/Scrum planning and execution.
