A leading logistics company in Cyberjaya is seeking a Principal Architect (ServiceNow) to lead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of IT experience, with a focus on ServiceNow architecture and development. - Minimum of 15 years in IT, with 10 years specializing in ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of CSM solutions.
- Develop and optimize user interfaces using ServiceNow's UI Builder.
- Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
