• Minimum of 15 years in IT, with 10 years specializing in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of CSM solutions.
• Develop and optimize user interfaces using ServiceNow's UI Builder.
• Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
