Job summary

A global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions is seeking an HR professional to manage employee data, support recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in HR administration. Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Familiar with Malaysia labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and capable of managing confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintenance of employees data in HR systems.
  • Support end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to arranging for interviews.
  • Coordinate external training programs with various organizations.

Education

Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources or related fields
