A leading software provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver compliance and operational services across the employee lifecycle in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR operations experience in a shared services environment and will thrive in a collaborative setting. To deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR operational services across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle for the APAC region, ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and exceptional employee experience. You will actively contribute to the establishment, stabilization, and long-term sustainability of the APAC HR Shared Services Centre (HRSS).

You will report to the Employee Success Operations Manager – APAC and work closely with colleagues within the Employee Success Team.
