Job description

We are hiring BIM Modelers across multiple disciplines, including Architecture, Civil & Structural, and MEP.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle, such as design concepts and design research as well as preparing design drawings and documentation.

Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information. Ensure the integrity/ quality of the models.

Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design changes and model challenges.

Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.

Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation if necessary.

Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.

Project team including interior Designers, CAD Technicians, 3D, Graphics, etc.

Provide creative design solutions and ensure projects are within costs, timelines, and strict international quality standards. This includes high quality and high standards in hospitality projects.

Able to undertake pressure and challenges to deliver under tight schedules to meet deadlines. This includes working on extended hours in a team project.

Ensure compliance with the ISO Quality Procedure Manual; and

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as and when required or attend ad-hoc matters assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical.

At least 4-5Years) of relevant experience in BIM model-related projects.

Software Experience Requirements

• REVIT
• Navisworks

Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner.
