Outlet Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven outlet manager for our outlets (TRX Mall & Damansara Uptown) to oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and lead our team towards achieving operational excellence and business growth.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in related field – F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality and etc. is highly encouraged.
- At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in F&B kitchen or operations management.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate stock levels for all materials and ensure they are stored under proper conditions.
- Monitor and control costs, recommending initiatives to improve profitability.
- Oversee and forecast the procurement process to ensure alignment with company standards, covering communication protocols, delivery timelines, invoice tracking, and credit terms.
- Ensure all food served meets the company’s quality standards.
- Implement policies and protocols to support smooth and sustainable restaurant operations.
- Generate innovative ideas to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage daily operations in alignment with the management team’s direction.
- Recruit, organize, and conduct staff training programs.
- Prepare and manage staff weekly schedules.
- Promote staff welfare and well‑being.
- Monitor daily attendance, enforce discipline, and report absenteeism to management promptly.
- Maintain awareness of staff morale and actively motivate the team.
- Conduct informal check‑ins with staff and formal performance reviews every six months.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments to achieve shared goals and KPIs, including sales targets and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and company SOPs.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
