💼 Your Role as a Recruitment Advisor (Assistant Manager – Sales-Focused):

• Drive business development activities to achieve both individual and team sales targets
• Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and networking events
• Generate and develop new business leads (yes, cold calling included!) while supporting team initiatives to expand client portfolios
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions that deliver results
• Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring quality service and long-term business relationships
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in client approach, negotiation, and recruitment process management
• Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and pipeline management
• Collaborate closely with internal consultants to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment projects
• Maintain accurate and updated records, job orders, and client information in the recruitment system
• Provide regular updates on market trends, client feedback, and sales performance to management

👀 Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in any field—Psychology, HR, Business, or Hospitality is a bonus
• Experience 5 years and above in recruitment agency
• Experience in people management
• Good in business planning and leading a team
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service = a big plus
• Excellent communication skills & confidence in speaking with people at all levels
• Driven, ambitious, and ready to hustle for success
• Fluent in English and BM (Mandarin or Japanese is a great advantage!)
