This role is essential for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring product quality, and supporting the company's operational goals.

• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies and policies.
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to obtain the best value for the company.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to forecast demand.
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, products, and services.
• Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery while resolving any supply chain or logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement officers or buyers.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
