Job description

We view ourselves as a scrappy start-up, and as part of the Marketing team, you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved. As the Assistant Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, revenue, and guest engagement across Ormond Group’s properties.
  • Coordinating day-to-day marketing efforts, including campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR, and on-ground activations.
  • Assisting with content creation, visual production, and scheduling across platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Working with internal stakeholders (e.g., hotel teams, revenue, F&B) and external vendors (e.g., media, influencers, designers) to deliver campaigns.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, digital analytics, and social media insights to support data-driven decisions.
  • Assisting with the execution of events, partnerships, guest experience communications, and hotel programming that bring the brand to life.
  • Contributing creative ideas, spotting trends, and supporting experimentation across channels in a cost-effective way.

  • A strong interest in hospitality, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer engagement, and digital performance tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Comfortable with copywriting, content planning, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with good project coordination skills.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
