• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Prospecting and building relationships with new clients, as well as managing and expanding existing accounts
• Conducting client needs assessments and proposing tailored smart home solutions
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
• Providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
• Analysing sales data and providing detailed reports to the management team
• Mentoring and training junior sales professionals to enhance the team's overall performance

What we're looking for
