Job Description:
Manage daily activities of the technician team to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee the maintenance schedule and ensure timely repairs of machinery.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to junior technicians.
Monitor equipment performance and suggest preventive maintenance strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare part usage.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to reduce downtime.
Evaluate technician performance and recommend training where necessary.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment.
Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.
