JOB SCOPE
Role : Digital Marketer
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our products and increase brand awareness, as well as meeting company sales target.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopee Ads and other platforms, to maximize ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze digital marketing data and user feedback to make necessary adjustments to campaigns and strategies.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing tools, applications, and channels and incorporate them into the company's marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin are an added advantage
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Fresh graduates in the related field are also encouraged to apply; Experienced candidates will be added advantage
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Business, and email marketing software.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively intra and inter departments.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Creativity: Ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Related field training or certificate is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel & possess own transport.
- Remote work setting applicable for outstation staff
