Job summary
A leading digital technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead Analyst for HRIT (Workday System L2 Support). The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, system configuration, and addressing user support requests related to Workday and HR applications. Candidates should have a degree in computer science, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with ServiceNow. This position is crucial for managing escalations and ensuring efficient support while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
- Experience with Workday modules is preferred.
- Self-discipline and accountability in work.
Responsibilities
- Support L2 day-to-day operations for Workday and HR applications.
- Monitor system notifications and take necessary actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Requirements:
University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
Good understanding of how system works.
Possess knowledge of application developments methodologies or system configurations
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
Has exposure in Workday modules BAU support. Experience with any HR Workday modules is a plus.
Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow) & SLA.
Practical experience with HR processes and practices.
Consistent and proactive in BAU operations and deliverables.
Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests related to Workday and HR applications
Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
Perform system configuration and customization.
Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request when necessary.
Participate in regional project activities with HRIT focus.
Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned
