Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or at least 1 year work experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to travel to Ijok (Selangor).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
• Lead and manage the production team, monitoring their performance.
• Conduct routine QC inspections and monitor compliance with SOPs.

Job description

We are looking for a candidate with QC experience in the pharmaceutical industry who has the capability to oversee daily operations, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining safety and high-quality standards.

Ensure production activities are carried out according to production needs that meet operational goal.

Assist in plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and targets.

Lead and manage the production team. Monitor performance of production worker.

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all operations, and monitor compliance of SOPs.

Establish new standard operating procedures for production area if needed.

Performroutine QC inspections to ensure product quality meets established standards.

Monitor operational and preventive maintenance of processing equipment; report and investigate safety incidents and quality deviations.

Conduct on-job training to production workers.

Job Requirement

Ability to converse and written in Mandarin, English & Malay.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology, Traditional Chinese Medicine or Pharmaceutical fields, will be added advantage.

Fresh graduate or at least 1 year work experience in a manufacturing industry. Training will be provided.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Good problem-solving skill.

Willing travel to Ijok (Selangor).
