Job description

Monitoring Sub-con company performance include the stock level and production schedule, orders, material request, completion and delivery back.

Daily work closely with sub-con company, QA, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Resolve issue related to delays, quality defects, or capacity constraints with subcontractors.

Prepare daily and weekly production reports, update systems with production data and subcontractor transactions.

Job Requirements:

Degree Holder

Microsoft Excel function such as IF, SumIF, Vlookup and etc.

Basic knowledge for Microsoft tools.

Able to solve issue independently.

Able to perform under pressure.
