Printer Technician: On-Site Diagnostics & Repairs
Job summary
A technology service company in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks a skilled technician to diagnose and repair printers. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing customer support. Ideal candidates have a technical background, preferably in Electronics/IT, along with good communication and problem-solving skills. Mandarin-speaking applicants are preferred. This position includes annual leaves and EPF/SOCSO benefits.

- Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
- Experience in printer repair is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
- Understanding of printer mechanics, electronics, drivers, and network integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair printers and related equipment, ensuring timely and quality service.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing to minimize printer downtime.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware printing issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade printer systems and related peripherals.
- Provide technical support and basic operation training to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records, including repairs, parts usage, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest printer technologies and industry developments.
