Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
• Experience in printer repair is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
• Understanding of printer mechanics, electronics, drivers, and network integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair printers and related equipment, ensuring timely and quality service.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing to minimize printer downtime.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware printing issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade printer systems and related peripherals.
• Provide technical support and basic operation training to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, including repairs, parts usage, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest printer technologies and industry developments.
