Prepare test cases, perform testing, and support post-implementation checks.

Assist in preparing medical repricing communication packs for customers.

Proofread English and Bahasa Malaysia marketing materials and help with translations when needed.

Support administrative tasks related to product launches, product enhancements, and ongoing projects.
