• Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and collections processes.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Credit & Collections services in line with SLAs.
• Monitor AR ageing and perform collection activities.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and manage customer portfolio risk.
