We a looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to implement the launch of coffee, machine and accessories in line with the local market context.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Campaign Manager
  • Review portfolio performance continuously to understand and lead possible optimizations.
  • Drive activation strategies for B2C and B2B in alignment with the regional plan.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across all channels—offline and online—to drive traffic to touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Brand Communications and Commercial teams on the end-to-end prospecting journey to increase acquisition.
  • Manage channel/campaign/activation PFME to ensure ROI.
  • Work with local demand planning on forecasting coffee, machines, and accessories to input into the regional plan.
  • Execute the regional pricing strategy locally.
  • Lead the creation of consumer communication assets to increase brand engagement and coffee penetration among consumers.
  • Conceptualize and manage consumer events to deliver brand awareness and drive consideration, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and standards.
  • Market hero products and recipes that best meet consumer needs.
  • Support execution in trade with visual merchandising to ensure omni-channel presence.
  • Ensure product portfolio aligns with local needs.
  • Work with local partners (retailers, corporate partners) to reach new audiences.
  • Provide frameworks for merchandising (online and offline).
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects aligned with the global calendar, including product launches for coffee and coffee machines.
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution for product launches across multiple channels.
  • Plan and activate marketing campaigns for both online and offline channels to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Collaborate with trade partners, including department stores and boutiques, to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead and manage consumer events in trade environments to enhance brand awareness and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail activation, including B2C marketing campaigns, budget management for PFME, and event/project management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure ROI.
  • Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Commercial, Demand Planning).
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
  • Experience in event conceptualization and consumer engagement.
  • Understanding of omni-channel marketing and merchandising frameworks.
  • Ability to work with external partners (retailers, corporates) for audience growth.
