About the role As the Operation Manager at Beyond Motorsport Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics facilities in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This full-time position will see you leading a team of skilled professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our products and services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures
  • Manage and supervise staff performance, scheduling, and development
