This full‑time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out, room assignments, guest inquiries and reservations
- Perform night audit duties, such as verifying daily transactions, preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all guest activities and financial transactions
- Assist with hotel administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry and inventory management
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming hotel environment for all guests
- Previous experience as a Front Office Assistant or Night Auditor in the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
