MT GEAR & ENGINEERING SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our team in Selangor. As an Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimisation of mechanical systems and components for our diverse range of engineering projects. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation.

Job Scope – Service/Field Engineer

• Conduct site visits to customers’ locations for troubleshooting, service, and technical support
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve equipment or system problems efficiently
• Perform repair, servicing, maintenance, and refurbishment work as required
• Provide technical recommendations and improvement solutions to customers
• Prepare service reports, findings, and documentation after every site job
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of service assignments
• Maintain good customer communication and ensure professional service delivery
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards during site work

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
