Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant / Night Auditor to join our growing team in Cameron Highlands, Pahang. This full‑time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining accurate financial records.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out, room assignments, guest inquiries and reservations
  • Perform night audit duties, such as verifying daily transactions, preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all guest activities and financial transactions
  • Assist with hotel administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry and inventory management
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming hotel environment for all guests
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Assistant or Night Auditor in the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
