What you will do
  • Requirements Analysis – Analyze and understand software requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design solutions.
  • Software Architecture Design – Collaborate with architects to design software systems, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Algorithm Development – Develop and optimize algorithms to solve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Software Scalability – Design software with scalability in mind, ensuring they can handle increasing loads and growing user bases.
  • System Integration – Integrate software systems with external APIs, databases, and third‑party services.
  • Performance Optimization - Optimize software performance through code profiling, performance testing, and algorithm optimization.
  • Software Engineering Best Practices – Ensure software engineering best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure high‑quality software development.
  • Cross‑team Collaboration – Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
  • Regional Project / Initiative Management – Lead and implement regional projects, collaborating with cross‑skilled teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals and standards.
You will be a great fit if you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related field.
  • 6 years of software engineering experience with full lifecycle development and system integration.
  • Expertise in software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and algorithms.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with databases, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead regional initiatives.
  • Plus: Experience with Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, and programming in Java, Python, C++, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.
