Job Description:

Our client is a financial services company from the US.Operating in more than 75 countries around the world andprocessing billions of transactions each year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Soliciting clients requirements and perform impact analysis.
• Develop and test configuration scripts as per client requirements.
• Perform software design and development as per specifications.
• Perform unit testing and peer code review to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Provide support to various testing phases - Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Test (UAT), System Integration Test, Regression Test, Performance Test, etc.
• Provide client training as required.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members, remotely or in-office, when required.
• Additional work outside regularly scheduled/ normal business hours may be required.
• As a Project Lead, plan, monitor and track the progress and quality of the deliverables for the entire project team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in IT industry.
• Educated to degree level (e.g. BSc, MSc, B Tech) in an IT related subject such as Computer Science or MIS.
• Solid programming/development experience on RDBMS stored procedures (Oracle PL/SQL).
• Familiarity with enterprise level application.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with teams in remote location.
• Ability to communicate with client and managing clients expectations.
• Ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
