Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Local IT Support Engineer to provide day‑to‑day support to our users, maintain local IT infrastructure, and work closely with Group IT on regional initiatives.

If you enjoy solving problems, supporting users, and growing your IT skills in a modern cloud environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do?
  • Provide onsite & remote IT support (laptops, printers, email, Teams, Wi‑Fi, Local application MBRS, Finance software)
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook & Teams
  • Manage IT Service Desk tickets (ManageEngine or similar)
  • Support Microsoft 365 (accounts, mailbox issues, OneDrive/SharePoint basics)
  • Assist with device onboarding via Intune / Autopilot
  • Provide basic support for Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN & coordinate with local vendors/ISP
  • Manage IT asset inventory & documentation
  • Support new joiners/leavers (setup & access removal)
  • Assist with ISO 27001 compliance activities
  • Support meeting room systems (Teams VC setup)
Skills & Experience we’re Looking For?
  • 3+ years in IT Support (Level 1/2 or onsite)
  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin basics
  • Knowledge of networking (Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with endpoint security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender)
  • Good communication & customer service skills
  • Experience with ITSM systems (ManageEngine/ServiceNow/Jira)
Added Advantages If You Have the Below:
  • Exposure to Intune, Autopilot, or Endpoint Management
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell)
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Experience in hybrid or multi-office environments
  • Understanding of cybersecurity & compliance framework
Certification as below is a bonus.
  • CompTIA A+
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator / Modern Desktop
  • Azure/AWS fundamental certifications
  • Cybersecurity fundamentals (ISACA, EC-Council, etc.)
