Job Description:
Responsible for retail product operations, coordinating various retail resources (displays, experiences, props, materials, training, sales scripts, FF incentives, etc.), and creating consistent product launch retail solutions from top to bottom.
Focus on retail touchpoints, managing relationships and priorities across product categories, optimizing product assortment and display experiences, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of product launches across retail touchpoints.
Participate in the product launch process as a retail representative, coordinating retail planning and requirements, enhancing the quality of retail solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of product launches in retail, improving the consumer product experience.
Responsible for end-to-end retail marketing planning centered around store operations for the entire product portfolio, providing solutions and overseeing execution.
Build integrated marketing solutions for retail stores under a full-scenario strategy, focusing on driving traffic and sales conversion while continuously enhancing the premium brand image.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Good communication skills and teamwork ability, capable of collaborating effectively with different departments.
Analytical skills to understand product operation priorities and resource allocation.
Strong learning ability to quickly grasp retail marketing, product launch, and other related processes.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with data analysis or report preparation skills.
Strong problem-solving and execution abilities, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
