Responsibility

• Manage the day-to-day business operations of grooming center within the retail store.
• Ensure grooming appointments are scheduled and manage check-in, check-out, and payment transactions accurately.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the grooming and hotel area.
• Ensure safety of pets throughout the grooming process.
• Ensure that all pets are well taken care of and in compliance.
• Provide daily care and updates for cats during boarding.
• Understand each customers concerns and being able to provide options and solutions in line with the health and care of the pet.
• Provide grooming services such as bathing, trimming, nail clipping, and brushing.
• Create simple video content (shooting and editing) for social media when needed.
