Production/Assembly Technician/Machinist Fresh Graduate(Pasir Gudang, Johor)

Technician / Assembly Technician/Machinist (Fresh Graduate; Pasir Gudang, Johor)

We are hiring for two reputable companies in Pasir Gudang, Johor:

Assembly Technician

Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,500 (depending on education & experience)

Overtime based on production needs

Work Schedule:

Rotating Shifts (Day/Night)

Shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 10.30pm - 7.30am (5 days Work, 2 days off) - Assembly Technician

Shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 10.30pm - 7.30am (5 days Work, 2 days off) - Machinist Wirecut/Grinding

Shift: 8.00am - 5.45pm / 8.00pm - 5.45am (4 days Work, 2 days off) - Production Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble components according to drawings, diagrams, and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery during assembly
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and quality checks
• Ensure workplace safety and follow SOPs
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Malaysian
• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 1–2 years’ working experience (preferred), fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to work rotating shifts and learn new processes
