• Repair machinery and other components of the machines.
• Understand technical problem effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
• To maintain own area of responsibility in term of housekeeping and EHS while working as a team or individually.
• To assist on increasing the efficiency & reliability of machines.
• Repair and installation of machinery and equipment.
• Read and follow labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
• To ensure all work is carried out according to the safety regulation and industry quality standard.
• Perform service request related to client platforms.
• To become more effective in problem solving by on the job training.
• Submit service reports on time.
• Able to follow service team to do on site job.
• Able to work together with the Sales Team for customers' satisfaction.
