Our Malaysia facility in Penang is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for passionate and motivated Diploma fresh graduates to join our team.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A special Fresh Graduate Program designed to develop skilled technical professionals for our production operations. Selected candidates will undergo technical and on-the-job training in China, gaining hands-on experience in world-class manufacturing environments before returning to Malaysia for placement in our Penang Plant.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support production line setup, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Assist engineers in monitoring process performance and product quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or any related technical field.
