Job Requirement

• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the rol
• Managing sensitive content and safeguarding content effectively on digital platforms
• Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
• Must be able to Read, Write & Speak in Japanese or Korean language
• Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment). Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
