Job Title: Junior Systems Analyst (Fresh Graduate / Entry Level)

Location: Melaka, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Level: Fresh Graduate / Junior Executive

Job Purpose

To support the company’s ERP and system operations by assisting users, maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and contributing to workflow improvements. The Junior Systems Analyst will work closely with different departments to troubleshoot system issues, ensure smooth daily operations, and participate in system enhancement activities. Training will be provided.

Work Conditions

• Office-based role in a manufacturing/business operation environment
• Requires coordination with IT, operations, and other user departments
• Work involves reporting tasks, system support, documentation, and data validation
• Fast-paced environment with multiple requests and deadlines

Job Descriptions: Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities / Activities

• To provide day-to-day support for the company’s ERP system including user support, data updates, and basic troubleshooting
• To prepare and maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data cleaning
• To assist in developing simple automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script (optional)
• To assist maintain data integrity and perform data validation across systems
• To support users on system-related issues, access requests, and how-to guidance
• To participate in system enhancement projects, UAT testing, and system documentation updates
• To assist collaborate with IT and business teams to improve workflow efficiency
• To be responsible to personal hygiene and environment, quality, safety and 5S implementation
• To assume corporate social responsibility (CSR)
• To perform other duties that have been assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willingness to learn new systems and business processes

Good-to-Have (Added Advantage)

• Basic knowledge of Python (pandas), JavaScript, or Google Apps Script
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integration
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with ERP systems (internship or school project)
