Zusammenfassung
A leading consultancy firm in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality management standards in the workplace. The role involves operating process plants, maintaining hygiene standards, and reporting to QA on pest control effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have the ability to troubleshoot issues across different stages of production, from raw materials unloading to the finished product. This is an opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards in a dynamic environment.
Aufgaben
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at workplace.
- Ensure compliance with FSMS: ISO / FSSC 22000.
- Ensure compliance with GMP: MS 1514.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP: MS 1480.
- Ensure compliance with QMS: ISO 9001.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards.
- Report effectiveness of pest control programs to QA.
- Operate and troubleshoot process plants.
- Carry out activities from raw materials unloading to finished product.
- To ensure safety procedures are followed at workplace.
- Ensure compliance of:
- FSMS: ISO / FSSC 22000
- GMP: MS 1514
- HACCP: MS 1480
- QMS: ISO 9001
- Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements and also participation as needed in housekeeping/GMP tours/audits.
- Report to QA if the effectiveness of pest control programs, sanitation, general housekeeping & cleanliness do not live up to standard in the factory.
- To operate the Process plants, Spray/integration plant and/or Packaging to meet process and product specifications incl. intermedia/FG tanks and/or raw material receiving area.
- Able to trouble shoot process problems the Process area, Spray/integration plants and/or Packaging line incl. intermedia tanks and/or raw material receiving area.
- To be able to carry out some or all activities through the plant from raw materials unloading to finished product.
