ReportingtotheFinanceServicesRecordtoReportManager,theincumbentwillberesponsibleforcollating,reviewing,andpreparingtheGroup’sfinancialandmanagementdatatocomplywithcorporate,IFRSandstatutory requirements.

TheRecordtoReportfunctionistypifiedbyaseriesofstringentreportingrequirementswhichmustbeachieved.Withintheseconstraintstheincumbentpreparesactualresults,monthly,quarterly,annualfinancialreportingpackageandsubmissionofstatutoryfinancialstatementstothecountryauthorities.Theincumbentisalsoexpectedtoensurethemaintenanceofsupportingsystems,procedures,andinternalcontrolprinciples.

• Prepare,reviewandanalyzefinancialreportingtoensureaccurateandtimelyreportingofresults.ComplywithIFRS,andlocalaccountingstandardsinthepreparationoffinancialreports.
• Maintainassignedsystems,processes,orprocesscomponentsingoodworkingorderandidentifyandrecommendsystemimprovementstoensuretimely,relevant,andaccurateFinancialAccountingInformation.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,responsibilityforSAPandothersystems’reconciliationprocess,standingandrecurringjournalentries,fixedassetschedule,intercompanymatrix,andserviceinvoicingtoaffiliates.
• Ensuretheintegrityofmonthlyfinancialstatementsismaintainedbyconductingdetailedaccountreconciliationandvarianceanalysistoensurethefinancialrecordsaccuratelyreflectthecurrentstatusoftransactionsandevents.Liaisewithrelevantaccountingfirm,auditor,taxteamandpreparecompliancedocumentsandreportstosubmittotherelevantauthorityaccordingtotimelineset.
• Workcollaborativelywithinternalclientstoachievebusinessobjectivesandefficientlyprovidetheessentialsupportservicestotheorganization.
• IdentifyandmakerecommendationsthatoptimizebusinessprocessesandimprovefinancialandinternalcontrolsandotherbusinesspracticesinalignmentwithLEANandcultureofcontinuousimprovement.

• DegreeinAccountingorprofessionalaccountingqualificationssuchasCPA,MIA,ACCA,CIMAor itsequivalentwithminimum3to5yearsoffinancialaccountingexposure
• PracticalknowledgeofcountryandIFRSAccountingrequirements
• Abletomeetstringentreportingdeadlinesandhandlecorporatereportingandstatutoryreporting responsibilities.
• Teamplayerwithgoodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
• Anindependentpersonwithahighdegreeofmaturity,integrity,andinitiative
• GoodcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglishisessential
