Job summary

A global IT services leader is seeking a Finance Analyst - R2R to manage accounting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will maintain fixed asset master data, manage general ledger transactions, and process treasury-related tasks. A degree in Accounting is required, with fresh graduates welcomed. Candidates should have a strong grounding in accounting principles and experience with ERP systems is advantageous. The role demands proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Maintain fixed asset master data, process transactions, and generate periodic reports.
  • Manage general ledger transactions, cost centers/account codes, and perform adjustments and clearings in ERP systems.
  • Process treasury and cash-related transactions and generate monthly reports.
  • Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with process, policy, legal, and statutory standards.
  • Resolve queries, provide backup support, and share knowledge with team members.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
