Job summary
A leading manufacturing company located in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production of aluminum cans. Responsibilities include supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing production staff. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in metal packaging. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in metal packaging or high-speed manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise manufacturing process of aluminum can.
- Monitor and adjust production processes for efficiency.
- Ensure cans meet quality standards.
- Work with maintenance teams for equipment reliability.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Manage and motivate production staff.
