A growing plastic injection moulding company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to lead its HR team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of statutory regulations and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Key responsibilities include driving HR strategy, leading recruitment and onboarding, and overseeing employee relations. This role offers an opportunity to develop and mentor the HR team.
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to lead our HR team in a growing plastic injection moulding manufacturing company.
Drive HR strategy, policies & compliance aligned with business goals.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding & retention programs.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits benchmarking.
Implement performance management, KPIs & career growth plans.
Handle employee relations, grievance, and engagement initiatives.
Manage training needs, development programs & succession planning.
Oversee foreign worker management, hostel, and welfare compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
Degree in HR / Business Admin or related field.
Minimum 6 years HR experience (3+ years in managerial role).
Strong knowledge of Employment Act & statutory regulations.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
Willing to work in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
