Job description

Executive - Production (Based in Meru, Klang)

1. Ensure high performance and effectiveness of operations through continuous productivity, process, quality, yield, cost, manpower optimization and development, safe work culture & practice.
2. Optimize manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets.
3. Ensure products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule.
4. Maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations and activities to meet customer requirements.
5. Develop and carry out process improvement strategies across the Production Department.
6. Establish and maintain ISO procedures.
7. Prepare routine operational reports and update documents.
8. Analyze operational data for continuous improvement initiatives and process cost reduction exercises.

Job Requirement

1. Possess a Degree in Industrial, Process or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing industries; or
2. Diploma/Certificate in Industrial, Process or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing industries.
3. Fresh graduates with strong academic results in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering are encouraged to apply.
4. Good command of both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Ability to handle multitasks and meet deadlines.
6. Strong communication and management skills.
7. Capable of working under pressure and in a tough environment.
8. Working knowledge of ISO 9001.
