Perform duties and responsibilities of a production supervisor

Employ quantitative problem solving and corrective action methods.

Document processes, procedures, and methods as required.

Provide advice and guidance to production manufacturing specialists and supervisors in meeting production goals.

Provide good leadership.

Give motivation, feedback and appraisals to production manufacturing specialists/supervisors.

Promote teamwork and cooperation.

Any other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
