Job summary

A creative branding agency in Petaling Jaya seeks an experienced Event Executive to manage events and brand activation projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a passion for creating engaging campaigns. You'll be responsible for planning and executing events, liaising with clients, and contributing to brainstorming sessions. Candidates must hold at least a diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 1 year of experience, though fresh graduates with enthusiasm are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Events Executive or 2 years for Senior Event Executive.
• Fresh grads with a good attitude are encouraged to apply for entry-level positions.
• Proficient in English.

The ideal candidate has a track record in managing events and brand-activation projects; while you have a knack for advertising & marketing. You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting independent creative & brand activation agency, in the implementation and execution of exciting campaigns for MNCs.

Job Responsibilities

• Hands‑on planning, managing, production and execution of events and brand activations.
• Involved in brainstorming, ideation and proposing content for brand activations.
• Day‑to‑day liaison with clients; project managing campaigns with the necessary timeline management, WIP meetings and post evaluations.
• Build positive working relationships with clients!

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Mass Communications / Marketing / Event Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position for Event Executive; 2 years and above for a Senior Event Executive.
