Job summary
A tech solutions provider is seeking a Lab Engineer to support IT hardware and software installation and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting PC issues and network failures. This role requires a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in IT technical support and a good problem-solving attitude. The job offers an opportunity to learn in a dynamic environment and requires readiness for rotational shifts and 24/7 availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 0-2 years' experience in IT Technical support required.
- Proficient in handling IT hardware and software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain company's computer software and hardware.
- Support for production PC issues and failures.
- Perform troubleshooting on PC hardware and network failures.
Skills
Installation & maintenance of company’s computer software and hardware/facilities;
- PC setup, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support for production PC issues, failures etc.
- Basic Network Setup and Troubleshooting.
- Receive issues , update tickets accordingly to SOP, able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
- Perform trouble shooting on: PC Hardware issues, network failure, good in command prompt.
- Minimum 0-2 years' experience required in IT Technical support.
- Must be able to handle IT hardware / software / Networking and have trouble-shooting skill.
- Must be able to handle IT hardware / software installation.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn more.
